Weldon Hendrickson brings extensive real estate skills and a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial Orion, including financing, contract negotiations and property management. He has been active in real estate for nearly 30 years and specializes in hotel/motel listings, management and sales. Weldon was previously a broker/owner of a successful Coldwell Banker residential real estate company, has negotiated financing for numerous large commercial property transactions and has also owned and operated several motels in Minnesota.

Weldon graduated from Montevideo High School and now resides in the Cambridge area with his with Priscilla. He has four children and thirteen grandchildren. His hobbies include Quarter horse investment and management.
