Chuck Flint has been an active full-time part of the commercial real estate scene since 1981. Prior to that he owned and operated his own business for ten years.
Chuck has been recognized as a consistent high producer and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction in 2004. Chuck prides himself on using his "man in the street" approach. He actively searches for properties to meet the criteria of his established investment clients, if it's a single sale, purchase or 1031 exchange.
