Betty Schmitt
Sales Associate, Marketing Director, Office Manager
Betty Schmitt was previously an Account Department Project Manager and held a number of positions during her 20+ years at ING. Although Betty is a native of Upstate NY, when her position at ING was moved to West Chester, PA she chose to stay in Minnesota.
Betty joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Orion Real Estate in May of 2002 as Marketing Director and Office Manager. She is responsible for all advertising, website marketing and maintenance as well as office administration. Betty also obtained her Real Estate license in 2004 and is able to assist clients with their commercial real estate needs.
Betty married Mike Schmitt in June of 2004. In her spare time she enjoys travel, cooking, family, fishing and working with Mike on classic cars. Betty has one son, Travis, who is currently serving his second tour in the U.S. Army.
She is the web master for CBC Orion and also continues to further her education to keep abreast of the changes in the marketplace.
In addition, Betty is involved with volunteer efforts in the community. She is a member of the St Cloud Antique Auto Club and the St. Cloud Lions Club and has held a variety of posiitions. In addition, she has assisted the American Cancer Society with their Spring Gala and has been involved with Leighton Broadcasting's Ribapalooza event.
