Scott Schmitt was born and raised in Central Minnesota, attended St. Cloud Cathedral High School and college at St. Cloud State University. He began his Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Orion Real Estate in August 2005. Scott has a fifteen year management/sales background and had a highly successful eight year career in the Health/Fitness Industry, as General Manager for Gold’s Gym.

Mr. Schmitt is a graduate of the elite Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training program at corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. He intends to further his knowledge in the industry by pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Scott currently specializes in commercial real estate and business brokerage services.
