Paul Lambrecht became a licensed real estate broker in 2006 after 30 years of business ownership and management.

Paul brings years of experience as a small business operator responsible for budget development, marketing, and profit and loss management.

Paul has been instrumental in the success and completion of many aspects of construction in municipal, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Minnesota. Many of these projects were outside of the municipalities and required an extensive knowledge of Phase 1 and 2 Environmental reports, wetlands delineation, and water/wastewater utilities to comply with local units of government regulations to acquire final plat approval.

Paul has over 10 years working with environmental concerns in the commercial and retail fuel locations and after completion of Phase 1 & 2, to complete the cleanup and return the property to a productive use.

Paul is a patent holder and was instrumental in the design and development of an environmentally friendly technology for use in the commercial and industrial wastewater and environmental cleanup.  He also has industrial manufacturing experience as general manager working with overall operations and business development. 

With over 30 years of business exposure, his goal is to use the acquired business expertise in conjunction with the vast resources within Coldwell Banker Commercial – Orion and make every transaction a positive and desirable business experience.

Paul enjoys family time, traveling and his favorite sport is NASCAR racing.  He and his wife live on Big Birch Lake and greatly enjoy that area and life at the lake.
