Kevin Weeres is a 15 year veteran in
the real estate/banking industry. He has extensive experience structuring
SBA 504 and 7(a) loans, as well as residential and commercial development
loans. He has a strong financial and credit analysis background
and is a skilled negotiator. Kevin has been responsible for millions
of dollars of real estate transactions.
Kevin is routinely recognized for exceptional customer service and his attention to detail. A graduate of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. In addition, Kevin is a graduate of Commercial Lending School.
