Ken’s areas of expertise include 1031 property exchanges, tenant-in-common (TIC) ownership, net-lease commercial property, and sale-leaseback transactions.  Ken also has considerable experience in site selection and acquisition for agricultural processing and small industrial facilities.

Ken is a licensed real estate sales person.  As the Director of Asset Management and National Sales Director for a national real estate investment company, Ken performed corporate due diligence analyses, reviewed net-lease properties for acquisition, managed outright and tenant-in-common property sales of more than $90 million, and oversaw property management functions.   Ken has also been a successful independent business development consultant for nine years, specializing in the agri-business, energy, and small industrial sectors.

Ken received his Bachelors Degree from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and completed his course work for a Masters Degree in Public Administration at the University of Minnesota.
