JOHN GUSTAFSON

John Gustafson
brings a wealth of experience and education to share with company clients.
He has been active in real estate for nearly 20 years including 10 years
as an owner/operator of a successful restaurant business. Previous to
John’s business experience, he was a successful Realtor in the St. Cloud
area. More recently, John has worked in the appraisal field writing reports
for both local and national clients. He also has several years experience
conducting commercial and residential tax assessments for townships,
cities and counties. John holds a 4 year degree in Real Estate
from St. Cloud State University and is licensed as a Senior Accredited
Minnesota Assessor through the Department of Revenue. John is also licensed
through the Department of Commerce as a Certified General Real Property
Appraiser. John resides in the Becker area and serves the NW Metro area.
