Jeff has experience in sales, leasing, development and management of commercial properties around the Twin Cities area.  He has worked with 1031 and 1033 property exchanges and has helped clients with evaluation and purchase of investment properties.  His experience also includes using retirement accounts to purchase real estate.  Skills and knowledge from work experience includes: marketing, public relations, written communications (i.e. proposals, LOI, CUP, TIFF, PA, applications, contracts, newsletters and manuals), budgeting, scheduling, space management, property management, building safety, property re-development, tenant improvements, technology-based communications and people/facilitation skills.

Jeff is a licensed real estate agent, has completed his real estate broker’s course work, has a Master’s degree and is licensed in educational administration.  He has worked for the state department of education, for Hamline University as an adjunct instructor, for various Minnesota schools in administrative capacities, and had directed his career into Twin Cities area commercial real estate over the past few years.  He is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Minnesota Real Estate Exchange, Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, and the Northstar Multiple Listing Service.  He can be described as: innovative, dependable, reliable, enthusiastic, task and detail oriented, a facilitator, cooperative, seeks win-win solutions, positive in attitude and communications, a problem-solver, and a lifelong learner.
