Alex brings 15 years of management experience having worked in the capacities of City Administrator and County Budget and Economic/Business Development Coordinator in the Twin Cities metro area.

Alex has years of expertise in Marketing, Site Location Analysis, Tax Increment Financing, Tax Abatement, Revolving Loan Programs, Grants and other programs to buy down costs of business development and real estate transactions. These programs can be effectively applied to the sale or purchase of a business as well as the sale, purchase or redevelopment of commercial/industrial properties.

Alex has experience as a property manager and industrial park sales manager and is currently working with the City of Big Lake and private developers to redevelop their commercial district using a combination of public and private financing.

Alex, as an experienced zoning and land use administrator, will manage issues working with public sector agencies. This experience also translates into effective target marketing of properties to customers that meet local code requirements.

Alex is also working on completing his thesis to earn his MBA in Marketing from the Metro State University. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a major in Economics and Minors in Business Administration and Economic Geography (site location analysis).
