FOCUS:  Kenneth brings his energy and enthusiasm to the Twin Cities and also serves Southeastern MN.  He specializes with investment brokerage acquisition and dispositions, business relocation, office, retail leasing and portfolio management and has a passion for developing new client relationships.

ABOUT:  Kenneth was raised in Rochester, Minnesota and has held positions in real estate since 1999 starting in property management.  Before joining our firm he was an Associate Vice President with a local commercial firm providing corporate services, and prior experience as a senior associate at Edina Realty’s corporate headquarters in Edina , where he was appointed to represent the office of 300 + associates on the diversity council. During his time with the firm he represented urban builders, developers including proposed Nicollet developer Hunt Associates and non-profit organizations in managing new construction and development projects.  In 2005 he started a corporate concierge service that has been featured in the Downtown Journal and WCCO.com.

BACKROUND: Kenneth has been active in the local association as well as the community in revitalization and redevelopment serving on an advisory panel for the City of Minneapolis Planning and Economic Development and has done volunteer work for Hennepin County sponsored restorative justice program.  He is a graduate of both the real estate MBA and commercial real estate specialist program (CRESP) at the University of St. Thomas and is completing a project management certification from the University of Minnesota.  He is actively pursuing the real property administration and facilities management administration designations through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
